Delivery Information


When ordering from our online shop we have a few options available for getting the product from us to you.

Shipping UK Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands)

For shipping we use DPD Local

We have 2 different Charges for shipping

Under £39.99 Spend £4.99

Over £39.99 Spend £3.99 

At the moment we only offer shipping via DPD Local, but we will be looking to add more options in the near future. If you would prefer us to use a different courier for your order please email us at and we can see what we can do. Please note this option will result in an additional delivery charges.

We look to ship all orders within 24 hours of the orders being placed. If orders are placed before 11am we will look to dispatch same day with next day delivery as standard. Orders placed after 11am will dispatch the following day. Please note that this does not include weekend or bank holidays and any order placed on these days will dispatch the next working day. 

Please note these are rough delivery time scales given by the couriers and should be used as a guide and not a guarantee.

We currently only ship to UK mainland 

Shipping to Northern Ireland (BT1-82) is currently suspended. Any orders placed from these postcodes will be fully refunded.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS SHIPPING: Though we ship to Scotland there is an extra cost associated when shipping to the Scottish Highland. Below is a postcode range which is counted as Scottish highlands. If your postcode is in this range you will need to pick the DPD Local (Scottish Highlands 2-4 Days Shipping Only) at the checkout. Any orders within this range of postcodes that does not choose this shipping option at checkout will be refunded.

We DO NOT ship to freight forwarding companies, if you place an order and the delivery address is obviously for a freight forwarder we will fully refund the order minus fees associated with it. If our system does not catch that the order is to a freight forwarding company and the item ships we will accept no responsibility once the item leaves us and will not entertain refunds of any kind in the event the parcel goes missing. We usually do not pick up freight forwarding activity until the order is due to be dispatched and the order goes through the last security checks.

Local Pick Up 

We offer local pick up at the store for free. If you place an order before 4pm it will usually be ready for pick up same day. Once your item is ready you will recieve an email notification.


We make sure all our packages are sent well packed and secure. Over the years we have learned the best way to package items to make sure they get to you the same way they left us.

Where possible we like to re-use boxes we have had stock arrive in to send our packages out. The reasons for this is recycling of old boxes and it also helps us keep costs down to make sure we keep our shipping as cheap as we can for you the customer.

So sometime you may receive a box with logos from other games or old stickers on them, but we assure you what's inside the box is what you ordered from us.

Please be aware as we are also a physical store, some items may come with price labels on them.

Lost or damaged shipments

It very rarely happens, but sometimes orders can go missing in transit. When this does happen we will do all we can to help. 

We do ask that a minimum of 14 days is allowed before raising a missing order case with us as sometimes items can get held up for reasons out of our control. All our orders are currently fully tracked so you can see where your parcel is at every stage of transit to you. 

In the event a parcel is still missing after 14 days we will start an investigations with the courier. We will usually issue a full refund or offer a replacement order within 30 day from the date of shipping. 

We very rarely have items arrive damaged, but in the event they have arrived damage please contact us via email at please make sure to attach images showing the damaged product and an image showing the condition the box came in. In most case we will ask for the item to be sent back to us.

Once we have the item and have inspected it we will either offer to send you a replacement item, fully refund your order and shipping fee or we will contact you for further information.

Return Shipping Information 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Top Deck Inn, 207 Queens Way, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK2 2EE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event we receive a package back from DPD due to the item being rejected by the end user at delivery, the item not being received by the end user or the item not being picked up from a DPD collection point and returned to us. You will be charged a £16 surcharge for the costs associated to us having a package returned. This charge will be deducted from the refunded amount of your order.
