Delivery Information

Delivery

When ordering from our online shop we have a few options available for getting the product from us to you.

Shipping UK Mainland 

For our shipping we use Hermes standard delivery service and this is a fully tracked service.

We also now offer an option to use DPD Local to have your items shipped to you. This can be chosen as an option for any orders over £50. Unfortunately we do not offer any form of free shipment when choosing DPD Local and instead have a flat rate of £5.99.

Hermes Standard

£0 up to £24.99 spend shipping cost is £2.90

£25 up to £100 spend shipping cost is £1.99

Over £100 spend shipping cost is FREE

DPD Local

Spend over £50+ shipping is £5.99 

At the moment we only offer shipping via Hermes and DPD Local, but we will be looking to add more options in the near future. If you would prefer us to use a different courier for your order please email us at info@topdeckinn.co.uk and we can see what we can do. Please note this option will result in an additional delivery charges.

We look to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Hermes delivery times are around 2-4 working days after the order is collected by Hermes. DPD Locals delivery times are around 1-3 working days after the order is collected by DPD.

Please note these are rough delivery time scales given by the couriers and should be used as a guide and not a guarantee.

We currently only ship to UK mainland 

Shipping to Northern Ireland (BT1-82) is currently suspended. Any orders placed from these postcodes will be fully refunded.

We DO NOT ship to freight forwarding companies, if you place an order and the delivery address is obviously for a freight forwarder we will fully refund the order minus fees associated with it. If our system does not catch that the order is to a freight forwarding company and the item ships we will except no responsibility once the item leaves us and will not entertain refunds of any kind in the event the parcel goes missing. We usually do not pick up freight forwarding activity until the order is due to be dispatched and the order goes through the last security checks.

Local Pick Up 

We offer local pick up at the store for free. If you place an order before 4pm it will usually be ready for pick up same day. Once your item is ready you will recieve an email notification.

Packaging 

We make sure all our packages are sent well packed and secure. Over the years we have learned the best way to package items to make sure they get to you the same way they left us.

Where possible we like to re-use boxes we have had stock arrive in to send our packages out. The reasons for this is recycling of old boxes and it also helps us keep costs down to make sure we keep our shipping as cheap as we can for you the customer.

So sometime you may receive a box with logos from other games or old stickers on them, but we assure you what's inside the box is what you ordered from us.

Please be aware as we are also a physical store, some items may come with price labels on them.

Lost or damaged shipments

It very rarely happens, but sometimes orders can go missing in transit. When this does happen we will do all we can to help. 

We do ask that a minimum of 14 days is allowed before raising a missing order case with us as sometimes items can get held up for reasons out of our control. All our orders are currently fully tracked so you can see where your parcel is at every stage of transit to you. 

In the event a parcel is still missing after 14 days we will start an investigations with the courier. We will usually issue a full refund or offer a replacement order within 30 day from the date of shipping. 

We very rarely have items arrive damaged, but in the event they have arrived damage please contact us via email at info@topdeckinn.co.uk please make sure to attach images showing the damaged product and an image showing the condition the box came in. In most case we will ask for the item to be sent back to us.

Once we have the item and have inspected it we will either offer to send you a replacement item, fully refund your order and shipping fee or we will contact you for further information.
